Kalev Spa sauna ritual evenings invite you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to enjoy true relaxation in the heart of Tallinn. In the different saunas of the Water Center and Sauna Oasis (18+), visitors are welcomed by hot steam, pleasant aromas, and deep relaxation — a perfect combination for the body and mind.

Visitors are greeted by several different rituals. Steam rituals in the Northern Lights and Finnish saunas provide hot steam and skilled whisking, which relax muscles and stimulate circulation. The salt ritual in the Salt Lake sauna cleanses the skin with sea salt and moisturizes it with shea butter, leaving it silky-smooth. The Aroma Oasis ritual uses soothing essential oils and a gentle atmosphere to help relieve stress and bring the mind to a calm, balanced state. Each ritual lasts approximately 15 minutes.

All sauna rituals are free for Kalev Spa visitors and offer the perfect opportunity to end the day with deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.
