Thematic tours
Discover the best experiences in Harjumaa and its neighbouring regions on three distinctive routes that are perfect for self-guided travel. The Indulgent Manor Tour takes you through manor houses, parks and historic sites, offering a relaxed pace with small gourmet and cultural highlights along the way. In the Footsteps of Water – From Bogs to the Baltic Sea connects bogs and lakes, powerful waterfall and river views, the crystal-clear waters of the Rummu quarry, and the maritime atmosphere of Haapsalu into one family-friendly road trip. Meanwhile, Along the Coastal Swedes’ Trail: Seasons in the Rhythm of the Waves reveals the heritage of Estonia’s Swedish-speaking coastal communities through museums, churches and seaside villages, adding a special island touch with a visit to Vormsi. If you’re looking for a journey that combines nature, history, local flavours and authentic stories, choose one (or do all three!)—these tours give you the freedom to explore at your own pace, stop whenever the mood strikes, and experience North-West Estonia for real, not just through a window.
